Live Health Support Group

Every two weeks, two of our beloved doctors, Dr. Benjanmin and Susanna Alter lead a live zoom support group to help you and our other members implement the guidance in this manual.

Group Details:

The group meets twice a month on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday every month at 5PM PST (8PM EST) for 60 minutes. You can access the group sessions by following this link:
